Now the sun is out it's really starting to feel like Summer!
At The Swan we have recently expanded and updated our patio area and it is completely glorious to sit there in the sun! If you're debating where to go this weekend for a nice lunch you should definitely go and check it out. Lewes Road, Forest Row, East Sussex RH18 5ER. Even if it's a bit of a drive away its always nice to drive with the windows down in this heat!
My dish for this weekend to try out is our Cobb Salad. Now it's Summer and most of us are worrying about our bikini bodies, this salad is delicious and not too bad for us! Let me know what you think if you try it out.
